Welcome. We are currently working on the next phase of the Love Lane regeneration scheme in Woolwich town centre.
In January 2007, the London Borough of Greenwich decided to approve a planning application for the Love Lane proposals. This was agreed by the Mayor of London in May and outline planning permission was issued in July 2007. This agreed the principle of the development and details of the access and siting of buildings.
Work has now begun on the new civic offices, local council service centre and library which formed the detailed part of the planning application, with demolition of buildings on the site of the proposed Civic Offices underway. Detailed design work has progressed on ‘phase two’ which comprises of the Tesco store, car parking, and around 300 new homes above the store, 30% of which will be affordable.
This site is currently being updated and we are consulting on elements of the proposals. If you would like to find out more please contact:
